My approach to a Reiki session with you

 Receiving Reiki can be profoundly transformative, although you may not always immediately realize it!

  Sometimes you will notice large shifts in your physical or emotional state right during a session.  Other times the effects will be subtle, as if the Reiki is working "under the radar", as I like to say, over a longer period of time and multiple sessions.

When you come to me for a session, I put aside any intention to bring about a result.  Instead, I focus on establishing a deep, loving connection to you, so you can pull in the energy and use it for your own healing. Being open to all possibilities, instead of focusing on one desired result - this is what makes deep release and healing possible.

I invite you to approach your session in the same way: relax, lie down and invite the energy in.  Just see what happens.

How much Reiki is enough?

 After even one Reiki session  you will probably feel happier and more relaxed, and will feel the release of tension and anxiety, but the more frequently you can come for a session, the deeper the benefit you'll see.

Weekly sessions are ideal, since they help you stay on an even keel, both emotionally and physically.  But if you can manage to come even twice or once a month, you will still benefit.  

If you are seeking deeper, longer-lasting relief, are working through a specific issue, or are dealing with a difficult situation, I recommend doing my "3 sessions in 3 days" program.  Receiving sessions close together intensifies the healing effects.  My clients love it!

Rates for Individual or Intensive sessions:

Individual sessions: $60 for a 1-hour session, or prepay 2 or more sessions at one time for $55/session. (You can space them out as much as you want.)

Series of treatments: $55 per session for three or more treatments done on successive days.

Scheduling:

My schedule is flexible enough to accommodate daytime, evening or weekend hours.
