Ongoing training for Reiki practitioners of all levels: 

The Heart of Reiki

My purpose for offering this  monthly practicum is to support Reiki practitioners by giving them a practice framework for achieving personal or spiritual transformation, no matter what their spiritual orientation or level of Reiki training. 

The practice makes it possible for practitioners to use Reiki in a way that helps love and compassion arise, along with deep and lasting happiness.

As you practice in this way, meeting life's obstacles with love becomes gradually easier.

This is precisely what I believe Mikao Usui was doing with his students: giving them the opportunity to experience the benefits of this exchange of healing love, and to cultivate their love and compassion so that they could gradually bring more and more of it to all of their interactions.
 
And this is what I strive to help my students do, too.  Offering this practicum is the way I have decided I can best honor and carry on the tradition of Mikao Usui’s teaching as I understand it.

The Heart of Reiki program:

I meet with students one afternoon each month, either separately or with practice partners who are at the same stage of practice.

At each meeting we discuss one of Usui Sensei's Reiki precepts, practice an energy practice/meditation to increase energy flow, I give each student and attunement, and we do hands-on Reiki practice.  

In between monthly meetings, students do daily self-Reiki, use the energy practice/meditation, reflect on the precept, and do distant and hands-on Reiki sessions.

I am available to meet or talk with students on an on-going basis, to support their practice.

The practicum is open to practitioners of any lineage or level of training, and a new student can start at any time.

The fee for the practicum is $100 per student for the initial training in Stage One practice, and a fee of $60 per month per student for subsequent months, which covers both the monthly meeting and attunement and all consultations between meetings.
